This 5 week series offers a steady rhythm to support you through the final weeks of the year; a weekly space to move, breathe, and come back to yourself.
What’s included:
• 4 x Thursday evening Vinyasa classes (13th, 20th, 27th November & 4th December, 7–8pm)
— A good balance mix of movement and rest to steady the body and mind through the season.
• 1 x Candlelight Yoga Nidra evening (11th December)
— A closing practice to mark the end of the year. A deeply restful guided meditation, practiced lying down, to release the busyness and welcome a sense of calm and peace before the Christmas celebrations.
