Warm Welcome…

I’m Sarah, a Yoga Teacher offering yoga classes, events, gatherings and retreats at The Wild Soul yoga studio (otherwise known as The Nook) in Bishopswood, just outside of Ross on Wye.

A snippet of my story

In 2015 I began attending local yoga classes, I was quickly inspired by the massive changes in myself physically, mentally and spiritually. That was the beginning of an ever evolving practice!

In 2017, I followed the pull to the magical Bali, where I completed my first Yoga training as a 200 hour Pranala Yoga Teacher. During the training I was immersed in the richness of Balinese culture and spiritual teachings. The journey was intense and completely transformative. I learnt the art of teaching Asana (physical postures), Meditation, Pranayamas, Yoga Nidra, Mantras, Ceremony, Mudras, Ayurveda, and Yoga as a lifestyle/ philosophy. The effects of my practice rippled into my every day life and have continued to do so, helping me to gain a deeper connection to myself. But what does that mean?! For me it’s the ability to know myself better, feel more deeply, and be more aware of the way I move in the world.

I love creating space where it’s possible to experience the subtle but powerful effects of Yoga as a moving meditation, a way to gain strength, confidence, flexibility and to switch from thinking to feeling.
