HELLO &
Welcome
I’m Sarah, a Yoga Teacher offering classes, events, gatherings, and retreats at The Nook - a small countryside yoga studio in Bishopswood, just outside Ross-on-Wye and the Forest of Dean.
Yoga isn’t about having a perfect life, or wearing a spiritual label. It’s about showing up as you are, meeting yourself with honesty, and finding the small moments of magic that arise when you breathe, move, and listen.
My approach is for people who love the essence of yoga, but are perhaps a bit sick of the stereotypes that surround it.

A Little of My Story
I found yoga in 2015 (or rather my mum dragged me to the local yoga class) little did I know it would deeply impact my whole world and send me on a rollercoaster, in the form of a massive life * shake up * it seems to have a way of doing that.
The practice has carried me through lots of seasons, and has helped me in ways I can’t really explain.
Contrary to popular belief, it sadly hasn’t fixed all of my problems. It hasn’t made me perfect or endlessly calm! I still get overwhelmed, distracted, and honestly my life is mess a lot of the time. 😮 Jokes aside, it has given me so much and continues to give.
It’s about being here… in the body, with the breath, in the very real and imperfect moments of everyday life. That’s the practice I share with others: simple, soulful, and human.
